Parker is a beautiful 18 month old female German shepherd.  She was found roaming in a Walmart parking lot with another dog.  She was very shy and would not let anyone approach her but after a few days of TLC she warmed up and was taken home by a Walmart employee who fosters for HFP.

Parker is very sweet and well behaved and likes lots of attention, she loves to play and swim.  She likes people and animals but there are some issues, she is super protective of her human which causes her to go after any other animal who looks for attention from that human.  In her temporary foster home there are two cats and a puppy and she will not let them close to their human.  We believe that Parker would do better in a home without other animals for their safety, but this sweet girl will be a lifelong friend to the right person.

Parker has been spayed, microchipped, is current on vaccinations and tested negative for Heartworm. She is healthy and looking for that loving forever home.
